Do I need to change the software I’m using?
No! We are software-agnostic because many owners complain they can’t get their caregivers to use the tools they provide. One of the major benefits of your app is the ability to create what we call “digital doorways” to your current management software, training programs, payroll companies, etc. We can also add how-to videos or documents so your caregivers know how to use the various software without calling your office staff.
Is the platform HIPAA-compliant?
Yes, we take security seriously. In addition to our software meeting all the technical requirements for HIPAA, we are stringent about training our team, managing devices, and having the necessary documentation in place. We also sign BAAs with our third-party software companies and our clients.
Do I need my own app store developer accounts for Apple and Android?
Yes. If you are an independent business, you will need your own app store accounts. You will set us up as admins to manage your account on your behalf. If you are a franchisee, your franchisor may have a single account for all franchisees, making the process easy.
How do I get my caregivers to download the app when I already have trouble getting them to use their management software and tools?
