our story
How did we get here?
In 2012, Denise founded Marked Private, a technology solutions firm that designs innovative and affordable products for businesses, associations, non-profits, event planning firms, and influencers of all types and sizes.
Marked Private’s first engagement platform product, Invite Bandz, connects physical wristbands to a party host’s online personal portal. Invite Bandz is available at over 500 retailers, including Amazon and Party City.
After working with companies like GameTruck and Bricks for Kids, Denise identified a real need for small to medium-sized businesses. She believed that every business, regardless of size, should have access to an enterprise-level mobile app. Denise felt strongly about developing a software platform, the same technology large companies have access to, for smaller businesses in order to help them grow in their market.
In 2019, Marked Private unveiled enCappture, a state-of-the-art, fully configurable, feature-rich mobile app engagement platform that makes launching and using branded mobile applications quick, easy, and cost-effective.
